Solo by the powerful master of kora, Solo Cissokho, was recorded by his long-time friend and colleague, Olav Torget, in Sofienberg church in Oslo in 2003. This is the only recording with voice and kora alone Cissokho ever did, offering a unique and beautiful collection of songs that showcase the legacy of one of the world’s greatest kora players.
